How to use our website...

If you know the name or model number of the product you are looking for you can just type it into our 'site search' box at the top of the screen next to our logo, then just click search and our website will search and display all the products we list that match your search criterea.  You can also use this search facility to look for a specific product quality or option.  e.g. a search for 'lightweight' will show all the products that we have identified in the description as lightweight.

You can also use the "Shop by Category" links on the left hand side of the page.  We have grouped all our products into similar categories - and using this method of browsing our products will ensure that you do not miss any important items, it also allows you to compare products on a like for like basis and ensures that you can make a well informed choice.

We are constantly increasing the range of products we have on offer, and will be adding new products on a regular basis.  However if we do not list the product you are looking for please call us on 01543 222927 or visit our 'contact us' page and send us a secure email - we will locate and supply the product for you at the best possible price.

Common Questions...

Are your prices inclusive ?  All the products listed on our website include delivery postage and packing, however we do not include VAT in our prices because many of our customers are eligible for VAT relief.  We have provided a guide to VAT Relief Here.

Do you offer any discounts ?  We offer discounts to Trade Customers, Organisations, and we also offer discounts for repeat customers wherever possible.  Just give us a call with your account number or a previous invoice to qualify for your discount.

Do you offer demonstrations ?  Our business is primarily Internet and Mail Order based, and our warehouse premesis are not really suitable for demonstration purposes, however many of our suppliers allow us to supply a product on a home demonstration basis - If this is something your would like to consider please contact us for further details.

What if the product isnt right for me ?  We will do everything we can to ensure that the product you are purchasing is right for you, we can provide items on a sale or return basis, and arrange demonstrations if it helps - please call us to discuss, we will be happy to help.

I dont like ordering over the internet - are there any other options ?  We would be happy to process an order for you over the phone, or by cheque if you prefer - just click on the Contact Us link above, then give us a call or send us an email and we'll sort it out.

The item I am looking for is not listed, do you have it available ?  The answer is most always Yes !, although our website is new we have many years experience and lots of contacts in the market - if you are looking for something specific that we dont list on the website please Contact Us and we will sort it out for you.
